I signed up for the registered agent service hoping it would make things easier, but it ended up being more frustrating than helpful. A couple of notices were missed, and when I reached out to support, it took way too long to get a response. For what they charge, I expected it to be a lot smoother. it just wasn’t worth the money or the headache for me.

Their guidance on the state processing part felt kinda off, and when I reached out to support, they mostly kept repeating the same thing. I ended up waiting longer than they said I would, which was frustrating, honestly...

I expected my documents to arrive much sooner, but they took way longer than they should have. The updates were vague too, so I kept having to check on things myself, which made me wonder if they were just stalling or not being upfront about what was going on. It was really frustrating since I needed the papers to move forward with other steps. I don’t think I’d use them again.

I gave Inc Authority a try because of the free LLC offer, but it didn’t end up feeling that useful. There were a lot of add-ons and upsells along the way, and I wasn’t always sure what I actually needed. I can see how it might work for some people, but for me it was more confusing than helpful

Am I missing something here? I called in with what I thought were simple questions, but the agent acted like I was wasting their time from the start. The answers were super short and not helpful at all.

I understand everyone has busy or stressful days, but the attitude just didn’t feel professional. Based on that experience, I wouldn’t use them again...
